The team's hard work and dedication qualified them for the USA Nationals in Anaheim, Calif., this year. What's unique about the NHS Pomline is that they are not only a competitive dance team but also part of the Pride of Nogales Band. The squad performs during football season, band marching season, basketball season. and their own pom-competition season. The program is headed by Coach Marysol Covarrubias assisted by Coach Laura Yun, who also coaches the junior varsity team, now in its second year.
